Researchers Tie Cholesterol Levels in Women to Menstrual Cycle Phase -- AAFP News Now -- American Academy of Family Physicians

Researchers studied 120 women ages 18-44.
They found that HDL levels rose and LDL levels declined in concert with estrogen.
HDL is the good cholesterol that prevents cardiovascular disease, LDL is the bad.
